Payment Policy

We encourage you to plan ahead and book your boat as early as possible—ideally at the same time you book your vacation rental. Early bookings ensure availability and a stress-free experience.

• For rentals within 60 days of your launch date: Payment is required within 72 hours of booking your boat.

• For rentals booked more than 60 days in advance: Payment is due 60 days prior to your launch date.

We do not offer a “deposit” program, as this helps us avoid multiple credit card processing fees. We appreciate your understanding. To help you stay on track, you’ll receive email reminders for any upcoming invoices.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will incur a credit card processing fee.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your rental time will be subject to an additional $75 cancellation fee.*

• If you cancel on the day of your rental or fail to show up, the full rental amount will be charged.

Please note that we cannot predict the weather and do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, we’re happy to reschedule your booking for a future date.

*Holiday rentals are non-refundable.
